Essential Oil Blend Recipes for Teachers

For teachers like me, we face 3 common problems in our work in terms of health. One is we are very much at risk to respiratory illnesses such as colds and coughs. Another is we get overwhelmed with the amount of the work that we do and lastly, we lose some energy and we get so weak (probably because of fatigue and lack of sleep). In the video below, I followed 3 essential oil blends namely, BREATHE, RELAX, and ENERGY which will somehow help solve the problems mentioned. Try it out!

RELAX – Essential oil blend of Stress Away, Frankincense and Copaiba (known for their calming and soothing effects) to help one clear the mind, relax, and be calm.

ENERGY – Essential oil blend of Peppermint and Citrus Fresh to boost the immune system and energize the mind and body.
