Last November 2019, I attended an American English Train the Trainers Workshop and became a teacher-trainer for Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. I learned so much in the training and I am able to apply the new knowledge and skills I have gained through the program. I will be sharing more of these in my future blogs.
Furthermore, one of the requirements of the program was for us to conduct a re-echo workshop on what we have learned from our training and my group decided to conduct it last February 22, 2020.
Here’s an AVP from the workshop:
Similar to our training, the culmination of our re-echo workshop was requiring the teacher-participants to create a learning material that they contextualized and can be used in their own classes. It’s a takeaway from the workshop.
After giving them time to create their contextualized learning materials, they shared it with the group and I was so amazed by the board games that they created. It would be a waste if nothing was done with their outputs. So, I promised them that I’m going to lay-out all their game boards and upload it online so they can download and use it in their classes. After quite some time, I was able to finish all 10 game boards and I’m sharing this here because it might help you as well. All game boards are properly credited.
