As a teacher, I really appreciate it when parents of my students make an effort to communicate with meĀ about their children, especially when their kids have been absent for so many days.
I value these letters and notices sent to me. Whenever I conduct parent-teacher conferences, parents would always ask me if it’s ok if they send letters using the Mother Tongue. It’s alright. No need for perfect English. I just need to know how their children are.
Isn’t it nice when parents and teacher communicate together to give the best of education to the students?
